Change 'PluginLoader' to 'Decky Loader' in readme (#190)

* (readme) Make store link go to beta.deckbrew + Change wording for clarification

* further change

* change line 26 to say plugin menu

* Change all 'PluginLoader' to 'Decky Loader' in readme

Seems like a reasonable change as Decky was rebranded a while ago
